The Nokia N80 has an unbelievably bad UI.
One, it is so painfully slow that you sometimes think it has just hung.
And two, it sometimes does just hang – which leaves you thinking it’s even slower than it actually is (which is pretty damn slow).
And three – it uses odd terms to describe elements. E.g. I wanted to add an item to the top menu. However, looking for “menu” in the 118 page manual does not cover it. I finally tracked it down via a Google search to “Active standby mode – Standby Display” – what on earth does that mean?!
So to add an item or customise it you have to go to Tools> Settings > Phone> Standby mode > Active standby
… groan!
